Because many items are custom‑made:

• Custom orders cannot be changed once production begins.
• Custom items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume periods.

12. Loyalty Program Disclaimer
The Gabriel’s Stitches Loyalty Program is a free rewards system available to customers who create an account on our website. Points, rewards, and tier benefits are promotional and have no cash value.
How Points Are Earned
• Points are earned through eligible purchases and activities listed on our website.
• Core: 1 point per $1 spent
• Elite: 2 points per $1 spent
• Legend: 3 points per $1 spent
• Sign‑up bonus: 50 points
• Birthday reward: 10 points
• Social follow: 10 points
• Points are awarded after an order is successfully processed.
• If an order is canceled or refunded, points earned from that order will be removed.
Point Expiration
• 50% of a customer’s points expire after 6 months of inactivity.
• Inactivity means no purchases or qualifying actions during that period.
• Expired points cannot be restored or reissued.
How Points Are Redeemed
• Points can be redeemed only for rewards listed in the customer’s account dashboard.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied to past orders.
• Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions unless stated otherwise.
Account Rules
• If a customer deletes their account, all points, rewards, and tier progress are permanently lost.
• Abuse, fraud, or misuse of the program may result in account suspension or loss of points.
Program Changes
Gabriel’s Stitches may modify, pause, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without notice.
Participation is voluntary. Continued use of your account indicates acceptance of these terms.
13. Digitizing / File Conversion Fees (Logos & Custom Artwork)
Some custom embroidery orders require converting artwork into a stitch‑ready embroidery file. This process is known as digitizing and is completed through a third‑party service provider.
By placing a custom logo or artwork order, the customer agrees to the following:
• Digitizing is a required service for any artwork not already in embroidery format
• Digitizing is performed by a third‑party specialist, which adds an additional processing step
• This service has an additional fee, separate from the product price
• Pricing varies based on design complexity, size, and stitch count
• Digitizing fees are non‑refundable once the process begins and remain non‑refundable after the file is completed
• Production will not start until the digitized file and design render are approved
• Digitizing turnaround times may vary depending on the third‑party provider’s workload
• Digitized files created through Gabriel’s Stitches remain part of your order record and may not be released unless otherwise agreed upon
Digitizing is a specialized service and must be completed before any embroidery work can begin.
