HOW BULK ORDERS WORK
Step 1 – Send Your Design
Email us your logo or artwork along with the type of items you’re interested in (hats, shirts, hoodies, bags, etc.) and your estimated quantity.
Step 2 – Stitch Count & Quote
We review your design, calculate the stitch count, and provide a detailed quote that includes stitch pricing, any digitizing fees, and estimated turnaround time.
Step 3 – Approve & Confirm
Once you approve the quote, we lock in your order details, collect payment or deposit as required, and finalize your production schedule.
Step 4 – Production & Quality Check
We embroider your items with clean stitching, consistent placement, and a final quality check on every batch.
Step 5 – Pickup or Shipping
When your order is complete, you can pick it up locally (if applicable) or have it shipped to your location.
Bulk Order FAQ
What file types do you accept for designs?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, send the highest‑resolution version you have.
Is there a minimum order for bulk embroidery?
No minimum. You can order 1 item or 100+. Larger quantities receive discounted stitch rates.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on design complexity and order size. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer digitizing?
Yes. Every embroidery design must be digitized before stitching. Digitizing fees range from $5–$25 depending on the artwork.
Can I bring my own items?
Yes, but customer‑provided items come with a small risk of damage during embroidery. Gabriel’s Stitches is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing items supplied by the customer.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on stitch count, item type, quantity, and any additional services (digitizing, personalization, rush fees). Your quote will include a full breakdown.
Do you ship bulk orders?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping costs depend on weight, size, and destination.
Can you embroider names, numbers, or personalization?
Yes. Personalization is available for +$5 per item.
Do you offer samples?
We can provide a stitched sample for approval on request. Sample fees may apply depending on the design.
